COVID-19 - New Normal in Graduation Photography
Your Appointment
Health and Safety is a shared responsibility
Do not attend your appointment if:
- You are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19
- You have returned from travel outside of Canada within the last 14 days
- You had close contact with someone who has or is suspected to have COVID-19
- You have been told by public health that you may have been exposed and need to self-isolate
Out of consideration for our team and other graduates:
- Arrive with a mask/face covering
- Please be on time for your appointment
- Do not bring friends or family members to your appointment
- Only the graduate will be allowed in to the studio
- Check in when you arrive, and follow the direction of our team
- Keep your physical distance from others as much as possible
- Please leave the premises once your photo session is completed
The New Normal
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has affected many aspects of daily life. The health and well-being of our team and our customers is a priority. We are committed to following public health & safety guidelines to help provide a safe environment. We will implement the following procedures and protocol.
- We have introduced longer appointment times to ensure only one student in the room at a time
- We will provide hand sanitizer at the door for each student
- Even more diligent disinfecting of the gowns and props after every use
- Routine cleaning of high touch surfaces
- Our team members will wear a mask and practice frequent hand hygiene
- Clear signage/decals that direct each student to check in with staff upon arrival and then wait in a seat outside of the room in order to give personal space and respect social distancing
- No group photos until it becomes acceptable according to the health and safety guidelines
